Leave it to CAPITALISTS to create a problem with a $99 solution … I would say bring on their fucking blacklist … I want to know any merchant that subscribes to this so that I will never have to deal with them again.
Of course, there is no DUE PROCESS … what the hell does that mean to a CAPITALIST anyway? The only law is money and the more money you have the more law you make.
Will Congress intervene and disallow merchants from blacklisting people? Of course, not. That would be socialism or communism — CAPITALISTS don’t really know the difference. But anything that prevents the pure greed mantra has to be bad.
