Let’s the bastards on Wall Street go under.  Fuck them all.  Let’s use the money to bailout Main Street and create millions of public service jobs — a NEW NEW DEAL.  Secretary Paulson (former CEO Goldman Sachs) plan is a rape of the America’s people.  Paulson was responsible for the problem mortgages at Goldman Sach.  If the Democrats allow Paulson’s plan to go through, shame on them.

If the US learns nothing, I hope the people finally learn that the literally bankrupt policies of Ronald Reagan who started exploding the national debt in the 1980, ushered in massive tax cuts, a new trickled down economics, and the biggest gap between the rich and the poor in the hisotry of America.  Bush will leave office with a national debt ceiling of $11.3 TRILLION and an increase of $5 TRILLION in the last eight years.  Bush is the Hoover who ushered in the last Depression.

America is already in a Depression with tent cities being built throughout the country.  The only difference now to the 1930s is that massive government debt is helping to avoid the soup lines but they are coming.  This massive debt will continue to weaken the US dollar.  Just as OIL rocketed up 10% TODAY, so will other commodies.  Everybody will finally recognize the Depression when OIL is no longer valued in dollars but in GOLD.   At that point the dollar will drop like a rock and prices will skyrocket which will ultimately lead to hyper inflation.

Meanwhile, the Republicans will continue to try and lead the religious right to vote for the policies that have caused economic disaster, because of abortion and the definition of marriage.  Here is the dirty little secret that the stupid religious right doesn’t seem to understand.  Gays will continue to marry in more and more states and abortion will never be illegal no matter how many idiot Republicans you elect.  Meanwhile, get ready for the Depression that you caused with your stupid religious votes.

It is so funny that the Bush administration is NATIONALIZING one company after another.  SOCIALISTS everywhere are celebrating.

I have a theory that Sarah Palin had an abortion.  Here are the reasons I believe this:

1. Palin’s first child was born eight months after she was married.  She eloped, likely because she was pregnant at the time of her marriage.
2. Palin’s was in FIVE colleges in SIX years, including Hawaii Pacific College which is a party school.  Also, she went to several out of state colleges.
3. Palin met her future husband, Todd, in high school but they didn’t marry until she finished college, many years later.
4. Sarah and Todd were likely having lots of sex for years before they married.
5. Sarah doesn’t appear to be the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to birth control getting pregant at 44 years old.
6. Sarah is very good at hiding pregnancies; she was 7 months pregnant as Governor before she disclosed it.  Likewise, Bristol hid her pregnancy.
7. Sarah is intensely pro-life and religious now — this behavior could be a reaction to her guilt about a previous abortion.
8. When Sarah announced Bristol’s pregnancy, she indicated that Bristol chose to keep her child; it was an odd thing to say with her very pro-life beliefs.

This is speculative but it would not be that surprising that Sarah got pregnant sometime between high school and finishing up in college.  At that time marriage may not have been an option but abortion sure was.

Frankly, I don’t care if she was having sex before marriage or had an abortion.  I do care that she is so intense about taking choice away from other women.  For this reason it is important to know whether she ever had an abortion.

I think Sarah Palin had an abortion.

Just read a great piece by a former Goldman Partner who predicts the destruction of the US dollar as a reserve currency.   This is a belief that I have long held.  The conclusion of the article is my conclusion, forget the bailout and let the US take its medicine.  That won’t happen, of course, because America has lost its way and the crack cocaine that is Wall Street will prevail over the interests of the population.

Naomi Klein is brilliant at describing the doom that is coming to America.  In her latest blog post, she posits that once the financial bailout is complete the free market ideology will come booming back.   She also observes the explosion in the national debt will ultimately result in the destruction of social programs.   However, the one big question is whether the people will accept this.  My guess is the people will until it gets so horrible there is a revolution.  No matter the scenario, the future is not bright.
