America is not even the greatest country in North America.  Poverty, wages, unemployment, health insurance, are all trending in the wrong directions.  Read this.

Bush is the worst President in US History and McCain will continue the misery.  However, this may just be the America that the majority wants.  Maybe the turning point issue is abortion — lol — let those babies starve, not have health insurance when they turn 18, but there better be no abortions.  Why?  Because God doesn’t want any abortions!  You couldn’t make up such nonsense if you tried.

We are going to find out in November who America wants (or at least the part of America that votes).  If McCain is the person that America elects then so be it.  I thought Bush was Hoover but maybe McCain will be Hoover.  If McCain is elected, let’s start putting up the tents under the bridges, along the interstates, and on the grass in front of city halls.  Let the police take thousands off to jail because they have no place to live and little to eat.

The Federal government is $10 Trillion in debt. California has a $16 Billion deficit this years and lots of stuff is being cut.  Let the poor people starve because if you don’t have money in America then you don’t deserve to live.

America is the greatest country on earth — yeah, right!

America’s demise continues with Bush trying to do even more spying on US citizens.  Everybody should be afraid but not about foreign terrorists — instead, people like Bush and those Republicans who say they are for freedom and liberty but really mean totalitarianism.  It should remind all of us of Nazis who were also right wing fanatics. America is doomed.

Foreclosures way up and 2.8 million homes still at risk for foreclosure over the next year.  Inflation up nearly 6% year over year, as reported this morning.  Meanwhile, unemployment is increasing and systemic lower wage trends continue. But that’s ok because in America only the strongest are suppose to survive.  Meanwhile, one of the weak lost his job and went down the street and killed somebody else and was then killed by the police.

It now appears clear that World War III will be composed of China, Russia, and Iran against the US, Israel, and Western Europe.  The smaller countries will get it started and then the big ones will join in.  Plenty of nuclear and biological weapons on both sides.  It is going to be ugly, but it will stop the world from worrying about global warming, oil prices, or much else.

Many of my posts have been from an angry place.  We’ll — no more angry for me.  I am entering the acceptance phase that America is doomed and there is no stopping it.  It won’t be stopped by  a political candidate, because politics are corrupting even when candidates have the best intentions.   Perhaps, it is because money equals power in America and the people with money want their influence and privilege.

I still hope that Obama wins, because I think America will have a better chance if he does.  However, I doubt that it will really change anything significant over the long term.  I’m not saying that new laws won’t be passed, because they will.  It might even take a while for corporations to regroup and they may have to pass a few amendments along the way but in the end America will privilege the few and neglect the many.

The good news is that there are plenty of happy people who have been discarded by America.

The better news for me is I don’t care any more.
